Housing FAQs

Adults without children in their 20s/30s (single or married) are separated by gender into bunk rooms.

Adults without kids above the age of 40 are in private rooms.

Families with some or all children under 4 will be in private rooms. If you are willing to share a private room with another family, please let us know, as this helps us maximize the number of beds used for the retreat.

Families whose children are all older than 4 are in shared bunk rooms divided by moms/daughters and dads/sons. The rooms are organized so that families are on the same hallway — and we have an "open door" policy so that moms and dads are able to be in the rooms at any time to help parent their children of the opposite gender. Families can request to share rooms with families you may know. Some families may be in private rooms depending on the number of registrants and available rooms.

If you or one of your family members requires special accommodations for medical or personal reasons, single parents, etc., we would love to help accommodate your needs.

Students 12yo-18yo will have a dedicated boys/girls students cabin. However, max occupancy is 20 students plus adult chaperones. The first 20 students to signup will have be able to join.

“Do I Have to Know People?”
